Ball of fluff
I am weightless drifting off my bed, my limbs are tingling my forehead pulsating. In an instant I am flying high, the night sky is rushing down to me, I am enveloped, cocooned and embraced. Wrapped in a blanket of stars, soothed by the lullaby of swaying winds and surrounded by the gentle moons light. I drift off into sleep welcoming arms, safe in the knowledge that I am loved.

This was amazing!!! I’m new to the app and I nearly fell asleep in this I had to force myself to get up and turn the phone off. It helped as I got in a b of trouble today and I helped me to let go of that. Thank you so much Aura x

Her voice is definitely soothing and her tracks are very relaxing and effective 🙂. I am very grateful this app is working properly again! I've missed listening to the mediations. I learned that by closing my eyes, taking several deep breath‘s, imagining my body sinking into the bed, and imagining my body floating folder supported on a cloud respectfully, I can make myself follow sleep peacefully in the short amount of time. In fact, I found this practice so effective , that I was drifting off to sleep during the body scan portion Of this meditation. Along with being extremely effective, I also find it extremely applicable to my life. Frequently, I wake up in pain .I find that even after I change to a more comfortable position, my mind has been awakened, and I struggle to follow sleep again.I can see myself using this meditation to quickly put my mind back in a state of sleep after turning over. I am grateful to those who work for this app for putting this track together . You have shown me a new way to fall asleep quickly. This is in my opinion, the most effective sleep meditation I have come across on this app. It’s now my favorite, and I would totally do it again. I am also grateful for The community on this App. Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I hope everyone is OK, happy, and well.
