Floating in to sleep
I learned that by closing my eyes, taking several deep breath‘s, imagining my body sinking into the bed, and imagining my body floating folder supported on a cloud respectfully, I can make myself follow sleep peacefully in the short amount of time. In fact, I found this practice so effective , that I was drifting off to sleep during the body scan portion Of this meditation.
Along with being extremely effective, I also find it extremely applicable to my life. Frequently, I wake up in pain .I find that even after I change to a more comfortable position, my mind has been awakened, and I struggle to follow sleep again.I can see myself using this meditation to quickly put my mind back in a state of sleep after turning over.
I am grateful to those who work for this app for putting this track together . You have shown me a new way to fall asleep quickly. This is in my opinion, the most effective sleep meditation I have come across on this app. It’s now my favorite, and I would totally do it again.
