Feeling grounded, having a firm foundation with our interconnection with Earth is so vital for our overall well-being. In this meditation, we feel the weight of our body on the Earth and in doing so, we have the opportunity to feel our strength in the sacred space we take up.
Getting settled, I felt the weight of my body on this chair. Underneath this cushion, the wheels of this chair are firmly planted on the wood and the wood is firmly planted on the ground below. As my weight is being pulled to the Earth, the Earth pushes back. This constant push-pull creates a sacred space for me to feel my worthiness. Wherever I go, there I am within a sacred space, always being supported by the Earth, where I can feel my strength. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
