The truth can become foggy during highly emotional situations. How can we figure out what the truth is in these situations? In this session, I go through a few techniques that will help you become self-aware and look at the situation from a different perspective. This way, you can look at the situation as a whole and figure out the truth in what you're going through.

I am not even capable of what is asked of me
I am my worst critic but there are other critics that hurt more more that I hurt myself. And I latch onto those words and digest them fully into my being and my identity and my beliefs about myself.
