I feel so much better. Yes, my difficult times are like a wave, and it will pass. Self love is the way to go. Your voice is fine, by the way!! I sought out more of your lessons and I was very pleased to find some! I searched under Lou and there you were. Your words are lovely. Sharing how you worked through your dark cloud was very helpful. Also sharing what you were feeling, and how the weight lifted was wonderful! You were able to coach yourself out of a rut, and back to your higher vibration. Thank you so much Lou. I'm sure the universe had something to do with me stumbling upon your work. I didn't know how to find my way back to my journey. To myself.
