Finding Peace
The areas of my body that are painful are drawing my awareness from those areas that are not. Thank you for reminding me to focus and be grateful for the quiet parts of myself. This approach aided me in finding peace through that awareness and through my natural breathing.

Honey is so distracting. Reminder to probably not meditate around her. But it gave Jason and I a laugh so I guess that reduces stress. I also had to fart and holding that in was challenging but I let myself have the thoughts

If I remember it (by habit) then 70 percent of stress will be gone - particularly during human interactions. 'anchor' is an excellent metaphor. Please re-recird this session with more slow speech, and louder. Great. Thanks!

This meditation would be good done in like while you were submerged in a bathtub and focusing on your breathing, so that’s what I pretended. I also focused on my hands and what was around me. Thank you, Aura! Have a nice day, Everyone!😀

I learned that it is OK when thoughts come to the front of your mind during meditation. That I can always fall back on the rhythm of breathing to stay in meditation. To relax. To take time.

I find that the morning is the most challenging yet most rewarding time to heal ourselves. It’s the time before the day’s business settles in. Before our minds start being over occupied. Waking up just 20-30 minutes ahead can make a day’s worth of difference.

While mediating, I decided to use this era of Chaos to produce art. I’ve been trying to set my mind into doing it for a very long time. New life lessons are on the horizon and I think I should make a record this way. Today was sad and out of control. I’m going to continue to reel it back in and be more motivated to find discipline. I’m moving this weekend.

This meditation about finding peace in my body helped me to realize where I carry a lot of my stress. I always wondered why my trapezius muscles hurt and now I think it’s because of my stress levels. I will try to work on breathing and stretching to relieve that pain

today was a rough day, and i do not want to go back to school tomorrow, but i have no choice. :( finding peace on the aura app taught me how to breathe and watch my breathing pace whenever i start to get stressed out or find myself feeling a lot of anxiety.

The slower methodical breathing pattern almost puts me to sleep. I could use a nap today.

Overthinking and stressing over little things in life put a dent in my day to day activities. Taking a few moments to pay attention to my breathing became a vital exercise for me. Throughout this meditation I was able to release tension in my body, mind, and soul. I felt more at ease and I found peace within it.

I learned that I can achieve a sense of peace in my body,by focusing on my breath , and then moving my attention to a relaxed part of my body. I have a disability and moving my body takes a lot of Effort. I am hopeful for using this technique to find peace in my body will make movement easier. Thank you for this practice.
