Refocus & Melt away tension
I found this small exercise very enlightening. Having been battling a bout of mania, I’m short on rest. By focusing on my hand, and being in the moment observing, with eyes closed, the wonder of my hands, slowly the pain and stress locked in my neck was forgotten. With such focus and exploration of my tactile and physical, as well as spiritual and cosmic awareness of my hands, I lost touch with pain. This is something I will be sure to practice much more often.
