This morning meditation will guide you to find your inner spark as you are filled with a sense of power and grace. Take a deep breath in, and let your body relax. Feel yourself sinking into this moment. As you breathe, allow any tension to gently melt away. Now, imagine a smooth pebble resting at the bed of a clear stream, the water flowing gently around it, carrying with it a sense of calm. With every breath you take, feel the water moving softly around this pebble.
