This guided meditation will help you see that you need to let go in order to find your flow. Soften your body as you ease yourself into comfort. Now breathe, fully and slowly, deeply and wholly. Find your breath’s rhythm. It moves through you like an ocean wave, ebbing and flowing, ebbing and flowing. Taking out the old, bringing in the new, the fresh, in, and out, in, and out, over and over again.
