This morning meditation will guide you to find strength in life's changes and keep moving forward. Find a quiet space where you can settle into your body and leave behind the noise of the world. Take a slow, deep breath, inhaling the present moment, and releasing the tension you’ve been carrying. With each breath, soften into stillness. Now, allow your body to settle deeper, let your feet ground into the earth, and your shoulders melt away from your neck, releasing all that is heavy.
