This morning meditation will guide you to find peace in change, as it's simply a part of life. Take a moment to settle into this space, allowing your body to relax. Gently close your eyes, and feel your body soften against the surface you’re resting on. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with air, and exhale, letting go of any tension that has gathered. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more grounded, More present in this moment.
