So many feelings
Do you believe that I cried during this meditation? It was so touching find out that I’m ashamed of been successful.
Vital Energy
A lot of us have negative beliefs surrounding money. These negative beliefs turn into stories we tell ourselves and end up blocking this vital currency in our life. In this meditation, Bradley has us let go of these beliefs so we have space to write fresh stories surrounding our financial health. Looking back over my financial life, I’m sure I have had some limiting beliefs surrounding my finances. After taking some deep breaths into my body, Bradley brought up money and my awareness quickly turned to my belly where I sensed a level of uncertainty. Giving this emotion a voice, I began to hear a story I didn’t even know that I have been telling myself. Deep down, I have been saying that while I deserve money to get by on, I don’t need or deserve to be wealthy! Knowing this, I breathed in, grabbed this emotion and let it go out of my mouth like a gray smoke. Having that emotion out of my body, I began filling myself with abundant fresh air. Feeling grateful for this nourishment of air, I began to write a new story surrounding my finances. I deserve abundance. I welcome this currency in my life. Money and I are friends. Money flows easily to me. I am already abundant. I am successful. I am thankful for my wealth. I am grateful to share my wealth with others. Money is a form of energy that we give and receive in society. Having an attitude of gratitude and thus, coming from a place of abundance, we will always find that we have this vital energy flowing in our lives. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

I have always been a hard worker making it a point to out work everyone. While this may be good to a point I discovered a belief that I thought I had to work hard for my money. With Bradley’s help I became aware of this & felt it in my back. So I started breathing into it, gathered it up & exhaled it out through my mouth and watched it blow away... what a relief! Breathing in fresh air of abundance I feel ready to attract the new wealth I am worthy of by being me and being of service to others. I am Becoming a money magnet... 👍🏼🧲🍀
Are not easy for me because I’m accustomed to not having any for various reasons. This deprivation has set up in me a sense that when I have money, I need to take care of whatever I haven’t been able to repair or replace over time. My mother wants complete control and that included not teaching her daughters anything about money. She says money burns a hole in my pocket. Another reason for this phenomenon is that I have emotionally issues and I feel very detached from money, from my body. It feels like I’m watching someone else repeatedly move money around and spending it repeatedly on mobile games. This final tendency is why I took most gaming apps that use actual money off my devices. They know how to stimulate players and having watched myself being completely irresponsible, I’m not even doing the classes on Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery and Gold Gifts on Harry Potter: Wizards Unite make this so much easier because it allows me to consider and ignore the mind weed telling me to spend more money. I don’t even have the other games I’ve played on my iPhone right now because it’s addictive and you have an incredibly difficult time playing without money. My goal as a whole is to be employed and saving up so I have a cushion in case of (my life). I feel like I’m splitting hairs a lot, but I’m also bonding with others and exercising, which is pretty mandatory. So I opted to keep that one. I always need to consider whether I’m making enough of an effort to ignore those thoughts and my main weapon against recreational spending in HP:WU is that when I have the urge to spend money so I can finish a mini-event is to just close the game. For HP:HM, I consider the actual importance of the objects for sale and what they will help me achieve and it tends to run that they’re not worth it, in that urgent moment. I’m finding that if I leave the game off all night long, I have the resources to sort of splurge with, task-wise, and I’m going to keep doing it.
Sunday May 2nd
I feel at ease, I feel like there needs to be some change done around me. I feel confident in my ability to create.
I learned that I am carrying sense of holding on for fear of not having enough opposed to feeling grateful for what I do have. I can let go of fear of not having enough.
Made me think
I learned that a lot of this comes from my mom and the hardships she had growing up as a child and then as an adult as the main bread winner.
Law of attraction
That anxiety’s stem from old belief my needs won’t be met Soften breathe tune in be present
Make Space
I remember being told if you hold a person as your prime relationship who you know is not who you really want to be with, that space for the most important relationship it taken. You perhaps need to open this space again by leaving the one taking this space so new can come forward. During this meditation, I realized how my negative thoughts need to “leave” my mind and yes body (breathed out) so there is room for new perspectives, new thoughts. The new thoughts I really want to have can take the space the old thoughts were holding.
