This morning meditation will help you to see yourself alone in the crowd just as your light shines bright for all to see and appreciate. It happens to us all. That feeling of being alone In a crowd of people, Or a gathering, Or even an intimate group. So breathe. Breathe in peace, And breathe out the fear. Label the fear–the fear of being alone. Say “goodbye” to it, Release it, And watch it Dissipate in the air. Now, imagine yourself At a large gathering. You don’t know anyone. So, take a minute to Center yourself, To breathe out The anxiety.
