There is nothing wrong with thinking. But if we are thinking more than we are feeling, then we can miss out on what the present moment has to offer.

Feeling...
A quick check on all the major body parts to see how they are feeling. Actually a slight headache from too much merrymaking last night! Time to take on some extra water !! 🎉🎂🍻

Feeling...
Feeling my way up from my toes to the top of my head. All parts in great working order. But it seems my soul is in the best condition it’s ever been. Some of the things I’ve launched rockets of desire for seem so far off, impossible even. The last few days I’ve decided I’m going to believe I can have these things despite the conditions that surround them. And it seems like since I made up my mind and heart about them my soul has flourished! My soul has indeed been lit on fire and FEELING more is truly the secret to happiness! #BelieveITanyway #TrustTheProcess

Present
I forget to check in with my body. So I go through the day pushing my body to do more. The more I do the stronger I become. This was a nice reminder to feel my body. Observe. Be. Present.

Feel more, think less
I learned that it’s important to check in with your body throughout the day, I need to be better about this. It’s just as important and we work our bodies so hard and we don’t give them a break or just scan ourselves to see how we are feeling. I really enjoyed this cause usually my mind is working and going more then my body. It’s important to feel more then you think. Shut your mind off and just feel. I really am trying to become more in touch with myself and body and this was a great practice and reminder for me. I really enjoyed it and I feel refreshed and more aware of myself and my body. Namaste 🙏🏼

Feel
By scanning your body, your mind is in the present moment. Your thoughts are focused on the sensations of your body. Thank yourself for taking the time to nourish your soul with kindness through mindfulness. ❤️🙏🏻😊

Curious Awareness
When we feel more, we think less. In this meditation, Jaisa guides us through a body scan as we take a curious awareness to the sensations we feel. Putting my curious awareness cap on, I began to feel sensations on my scalp, forehead and face. Continuing downward, I noticed any sensations in the rest of my body. Doing this body scan, I connected to embodiment and I was reminded of what I have been doing for the past few weeks or so. Whether I’m conversing with someone and feeling my feet on the ground, walking with my fur kids or watching something and feeling how my body is being supported by the chair or bed, there is a curious awareness going on in the background. Feeling embodiment has allowed me to feel more and think less in any given moment. Thus, feeling embodiment reminds me of the only moment that truly matters...the present moment. And for this, I am truly grateful. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
