Curious Awareness
When we feel more, we think less. In this meditation, Jaisa guides us through a body scan as we take a curious awareness to the sensations we feel.
Putting my curious awareness cap on, I began to feel sensations on my scalp, forehead and face. Continuing downward, I noticed any sensations in the rest of my body. Doing this body scan, I connected to embodiment and I was reminded of what I have been doing for the past few weeks or so. Whether I’m conversing with someone and feeling my feet on the ground, walking with my fur kids or watching something and feeling how my body is being supported by the chair or bed, there is a curious awareness going on in the background. Feeling embodiment has allowed me to feel more and think less in any given moment. Thus, feeling embodiment reminds me of the only moment that truly matters...the present moment. And for this, I am truly grateful. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
