My thoughts were just going everywhere, except i was just very tired during this one so maybe it was just my problem, but the voice is not the most soothing.

Breathing and sensations
Iโ€™m glad I took the time to connect with my true self. I focused on breathing and the sensations I felt. My mind wandered a little but came back to center and breath. Feeling very calm and a little sleepy. ๐Ÿ™
