Neuro-Trauma Informed Mindfulness
A facia system practice can help to release locked-in strain from injury, hyper-flexion, or other strain that can disrupt the nerves, circulation, and muscle function. Releasing strain allows your body to return to proper function. Give this practice a try, and please leave feedback about how it does or does not work for you. Give it some time, and practice though as you will likely see changes over time that don't occur immediately. This practice was developed by Chip Sorensen, and he is actively looking for any feedback you may have.
