Deep Memories
This session invited me to recall a place of peace from my past, and I found it very interesting that a place called Chantry Flat came to mind! I had to do a Google search to figure out the actual name and location of this cool place, featuring a small waterfall feeding a pool just deep enough to jump off the falls into. I visited this place MANY times back in grade school days, so my memories feature my friends from those days. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chantry_Flat

I brought myself back to a place where it doesn’t take much to live but with the ocean on your doorstop with the breeze of sea air and gushing sounds of waves. I realized that I don’t need money or things to feel that peace.

I learned that you can jest look at the past and be jealous of that moment in time it is like looking at a amazing time and being jealous

Peaceful memories
You can look at the past and feel need and regret or you can remember pleasant memories when you felt nourished, supported, peaceful. When I remember a special moment when I was alone in the forest, beside a stream or sitting on the edge of a large meadow in late autumn as a group of wild horses galloped past a feeling of gratitude and peace washes over me.

I learned that you can be a best person if you really really apriciate all that you have... If you apreciate the spirit of all things that you have on your aura and your ego, you never feel envy for other persons

Claim abundandce
Instead of looking at what others have, claim abundance in your life. Understand that we are not at the same level at others, and that our fights are not the same others have. There's no need or even point in feeling anvy or jealousy, because we dont know what others have been through —their obstacles & also, we will be able to excel on our own —with our own qualities & abilities. Trust that each one of all of us is important, like every single limb & even organ, is important to our body. We are all part of a huge body, so other people's success is your own; be joyful for that.
