Breathing out fear
I’m glad I have learned how to deal with fear through meditation and staying focused through belly breathing and counting breaths. Serious fear, such as panic attack’s are infrequent and usually only happens to me in extremely stressful times at work. They’re not as bad as they were when I was younger. After 6 months of practicing deep breathing I’m getting better at reducing the severity or preventing them altogether. Thanks Irene 🙏💙
