Staking Claim♥️
Irene has created a meditation that perfectly teaches how to rid oneself of fear, reclaim and stake claim to one’s sacred and peaceful heart space. This is a very well thought out, masterfully strong yet gentle, meditation. We all allow people to fill our safe and sacred space. I repeat, we allow them to “hang out” and cause us distress, anger, fear, etc. Our heart space can be easily freed from the congestion caused by others. It can be completely cleansed and locked tight to be used by us as it was intended, as our personal safe space. Once we have uninvited our unwanted guests and all else that has taken up residence, we are freed from fear and other undesirable feelings and better able to experience joy. Be advised that the 7 minute version I listened to actually was 16 minutes in length. If you intend to listen, you will need to plan accordingly. 🙏🏻Namaste, Irene🙏🏻 and thank you.♥️
I really enjoyed this meditation but found myself feeling conflicted about locking my loved ones out of my heart space. I felt guilty and I guess this is something I need to work on as I need to have a place that’s mine where I don’t need to worry about anyone else except myself. I can’t come back to this space whenever I need it to feel calm and secure. I am not a victim of my thoughts. I control them and need to keep reminding myself of this.

I really enjoyed this meditation in regards to repeating the words and feeling your body and mind relax. However, her voice was hard to understand a lot of the time. It’s unfortunate because it really is a good meditation to make you feel good from the inside out. You decide...

Wowie Irene!! Great session with useful mantras & sage advice! From locking others out to protect my sacred space to, cleansing my heart to allowing my heart (chakra) space to be the mixing site of my heavenly & earthly energies!! I could see the red ground energy pouring in and up thru my root chakra passing thru my lower chakras & into my heart space. While at the same time my crown chakra opened to the heavens and the purple energy rushing down thru my upper chakras and pouring into my heart & mixing the two together... ❤️❤️🧡🧡💛💛💚💚💙💙♥️♥️💜💜 My heart feels cleaner, stronger, and more Protected than ever before... Nice reminder to dispel fear
This is just a short reminder for us to confront our fears and turn towards happiness and love instead. It’s not easy, it’s a process but taking a moment like this to remind ourselves that we don’t need to stay in fear, that there is an alternative to fear will help move us forward. Namaste 🙏🏼

I learned that fear is our number 1 conscious enemy. It paralyses us from reaching our dreams .
I learned that i need to take control of my own body and headspace and calm down enough to love myself.

I learned that medatstion relieves yourself from stress and calms your mind snd is nothing to be embarrassed about
You can dissolve it by controlling your own life and heartspace. Very effective!
To control fear I must control my inner self. And learn how to dissolve fear with meditation.

I learned that to control fear you must contro you inner heart space
I learned that the repetition helps internalising a mindset or a mood.
I learned that we all fear, and its not necessarily fear about huge things, but little things. It takes courage to confront our fears, and realize there is so much more than our fears, and feel hopeful and happy even if there is adversity.
A tear jerker
I’m this meditation, I learned that there are many types of fears you can experience, but we musnt allow it to control our lives. I found that our bodies, are our bodies. And the way they work so harmoniously to keep us running is beautiful and we shouldn’t let fear engulf this process, the balance. I also love that out of all the meditations I chose, it was this one and she sounded like one of my family relatives that have passed on. It definitely made me feel better than I did before.💕
fear is small
I learned that although fear seems overpowering, it is just an enemy in the head. It has the ability to be centered through your own actions.
Heart shaped room
I stood in my beautiful heart shaped room full of this wonderful glowing pink light...there was no one in the room except me. So I struggled with this meditation as it did not apply at all... unfortunately I stopped it half way through as I could not resonate. Thankyou. I don’t know why there was no one in my room?
Tha nature sounds are calming, I’m sad because i miss my husband who passed from this life
The message didn’t go with my feelings I’m missing my husband who has passed from this life.
I just reread my previous comment and found that this time I loved this meditation. It filled me with self love and hope for the future. Reverence for the readiness💝

I started off judging this but after leaning in it was the most helpful meditation. I had tears running and feel great afterwards
Free to Hear
Fear is a voice we hear in our head when we find ourselves in harm’s way. Fear can also be attached to other sources, such as people. Hearing their voices in our head, we press pause on our life a lot of the time, too scared to venture out from our comfort zone. In this profound meditation led by Irene’s wisdom, we locate the room in our heart space where those voices live and respectfully banish them. Once banished, we are free to listen to the only voice that matters: our inner knowing. Connecting to my breath, feeling grounded by earth’s energy wrap me and feeling loved by a light of a violet hue, I brought awareness to my heart. Placing my hand there, I sensed my heartbeat. Going within my heart space, I saw a room in the shape of a heart appear. Before entering this room, I heard a few people begin talking. Immediately recognizing their voices, I knew who they were. Before opening the door, I sensed myself nervous, but I began repeating Irene’s words of wisdom and felt safe enough to proceed. Putting on a brave smile as I opened the door, I greeted them. Nervousness quickly turned to love as I looked down and saw my beloved animals that have passed on in the room as well. Remembering the words of wisdom that I had repeated, I respectfully told everyone to leave the room. Sensing a freedom from seeing majority of the people go, I was reluctant to saying goodbye to my beloved animals. They’ve been the only ones in my life that have given me true unconditional love, after all. Allowing myself to be guided by Irene’s wisdom, I let them all walk out the door and into the light. Feeling a sense of emptiness in my room, I didn’t know what to do at first. Out of nowhere, I began hearing a soothing voice over the speakers located at the corners of my room. I recognized this voice too, but it had been drowned out by the voices of others. This voice of reason is my inner knowing, my intuition. Without any interruptions, I am free to hear it loud and clear. Allowing myself to be guided by it, I know from now on that all of my life experiences will work out in my favor. Thank you, Irene! You are absolutely incredible! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Ii feel feel whole again
It’s ok to have a space inside me all my own where no one or nothing can live. I have opened the door and asked them all the leave my sacred heart space. I fill that space with the light beam coming from the earth mixing with the purple flame of my heart chakra

Respect and love for myself
I learned that the biggest investment we can make is in ourselves. By respecting our energy, our time, and our life, we don’t feel anxious, pressure to be someone else. This practice helped me realize how much respect I have for my myself.
I really tried to connect to this. I lacked focus. Maybe I'm not used to the voice.
I learned when I go to that private place I am calm because I’m not interrupted or disturbed by people or thoughts. Beautiful Thank you. C
