I’m seriously liking this meditation so far
I learned that if you meditate it helps you relax and stay calm and quiet and be at peace and calm down and I have always noticed that when I meditate all the negative things just zapping right away and I’m grateful for god’s word and peace coming from god’s hands and positive thoughts coming from god’s heart and I absolutely love this meditation it’s fabulous
This is such a good meditation! It reminds you that you do have power over your mind. It will take work like she says but you can be back in the driver’s seat of your life as opposed to letting fear rule it..
