Sleeping
Lately I have been even more restless with hot flashes at night and it has thrown me into a more anxious state. In turn it has encouraged me to delve back into meditation, yoga, and exercise to relieve years and years of anxiety due to over work, excessive pressure, and too many imposed and created by me expectations. For 2018 I am going to slow down, as a resolution to reestablish normalcy. Despite my physiological change, I do not have to be taken down the anxiety rode. Peace, quiet and calm are a beautiful thing, and if sleep happens I feel incredibly blessed and grateful.
