I really need this one!
What a great idea to make a meditation for falling back to sleep! That is exactly my problem as a sleeper: not going to sleep, but staying asleep. I will use this often!

Sliding into Sleep
Something about her voice was just really, really helpful. It helped me to let go and before I knew it, I was felt my arms physically sliding off my body and I felt as though I could melt into the bed. Definitely relaxing

Rest in the Process
Rushes of anxiety can really cause me to feel panic and impatience. It's sometimes very difficult to rest in the process of my destiny unfolding. This reminded me to breathe and let go, feel supported and held, and allow overstimulating thoughts to roll by like clouds.

Lately I have been even more restless with hot flashes at night and it has thrown me into a more anxious state. In turn it has encouraged me to delve back into meditation, yoga, and exercise to relieve years and years of anxiety due to over work, excessive pressure, and too many imposed and created by me expectations. For 2018 I am going to slow down, as a resolution to reestablish normalcy. Despite my physiological change, I do not have to be taken down the anxiety rode. Peace, quiet and calm are a beautiful thing, and if sleep happens I feel incredibly blessed and grateful.

Falling back to sleep
Close my eyes, get comfortable, focus on the breaths in and out. Thoughts of tomorrow should be acknowledged as things I’ll have that day to address. Arising thoughts are passing clouds; return focus to breathing. Into a deep state of relaxation; into a deep state of sleep. Lord help me remember this one at 3:45am next time.

Right now it is 4am and I am just attempting to sleep. Why do I do this every night! Every night I go to bed later and later. I don't understand this self sabotaging behavior.
