I like the practice of unhooking my worries from myself as part of getting ready for bed, and hanging them on a hook, away from me and out of the way, like I would a bathrobe. Namaste

I learned that being comfy and cozy while regulating your breath and focusing on your surroundings where you are lying down is important. It helped me release whatever tension I had. It helped me be ready for bed.

Just visualizing sleep, my body and eyes began to feel heavy. I don’t sleep in large quantities nor is it easy for me to fall or stay asleep. Tonight, like many nights, I came to Aura for rest. But during this exercise I found it hard to stay awake. It’s amazing what the power of letting go will do. Peace and light and goodnight!

Breathing, Relaxing,... Swimming...
I love Jiva’s voice and cadence, very soothing & relaxing! She had me feeling the bed supporting me, then bringing me back to my breathe and relaxing. I felt myself becoming more relaxed until I relaxed too much that I fell thru my bed and into a pool of sheets. There I was swimming in my sheets of white while not having to move a muscle. Breathing to float, exhaling to move. Totally relaxed... and ready for 😴💤 Thnx Jiva! 🙏❤️☮️

A simple practice on focusing on your simple breath...breathing in...breathing out. By simply being in the present moment, your body softens and your mind becomes calm. You begin to feel sensations as you melt into your bed. Sleep well! 😴

I’m noticed that my mind wandered in try I many thoughts during the session. In other sessions one it usually doesn’t do that🤷‍♀️. Besides that it was relaxing
