Finally found one!

I’ve been listening to him for a few weeks now. Some days and nights I had some crazy unusual situations happening and lay awake till he finished. I’m learning to truly relax and settle my brain as I get started, and this guy just puts me right out! I’ve also had great dreams with people from my past, often incredibly interesting! (PS - I’m not even getting up in the night and stumbling to the bathroom, as I have for years! That’s a huge plus!)

Slept better and longer
For months now I have had trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. Usually fall back to sleep at 7am for an hour. This first time with this track, it took a little while but once I fell asleep I slept for 5 hours without waking. Feel better this morning. Thank you
