In this meditation we bring a curious attention to our breath, we deeply explore the physical sensations, moment by moment . By doing this we anchor ourselves in the present moment, we begin to dissolve stress and tension and we see more deeply into the fluid nature of life.  Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help. Once more this is some that I have done before. I keep waiting for something new. A soothing voice but wish she didn't talk for more than 80% of the short session.

I was challenged today by my brain which insisted on flooding me with images of photos I had been working on earlier. It was difficult to follow my breath inward.
