My own place
I learned that I had an inner peace location and that it is my own. I need to weather the storms within me to achieve the maximum level of calmness.

i learned that within this first meditation i have found my inner world. the before the storm, the during and the after. each day there is a storm and each night the interior world revives itself to bring sunshine or clouds the next day. whether its a light drizzle or a full blown hurricane, there will be a storm. but there is always an after.

"Enjoy the calm that you have cultivated. Namaste" This really spoke to me. The fact that I can cultivate my own calmness and stillness. I can take myself to a state of relaxation. I have the power within myself to do that.
