Expand Ribcage Breathing

This breathing exercise invites the listener to gradually start to increase our breathing capacity by expanding movement through the ribcage. Starting with a baseline, sense how the breath is naturally moving, we move into more expanding through the sides of the ribcage, to stretching the whole ribcage from the inside out. This can help reduce stress and increase energy by creating more space for the breath to move.
