Peace
I felt peace. Nothing but peace. I was not thinking about what I’m going to have to do at work. Or what I was having for dinner. All I thought about was inner peace.

I really like this person’s voice - it is very soothing. I think my little mind skipped off somewhere about the time she started talking about the pause at the end of the exhale, so I wasn’t sure whether she was telling me to pause or if it is an automatic thing. Trying to figure it out brought back my attention. I liked it better when I wasn’t trying to pause or noticing a pause, so I decided to just breathe and relax. That worked for me.

I’ve been using Aura for a few weeks now
My stress levels have come down noticeably and when I do start to tense up I remember the breathing exercises and have been able to destress quite a few times.

Breathibg is good
I learned that a couple deep breaths in the morning can make all the difference for feeling recharged and awake and ready to take on the day.

I noticed
....how bad my body actually feels right now. Taking those paused moments between breaths kind of alerted me to how overall sluggish and ick I feel physical. I guess I’m so used to it that I ignore it. I really liked the idea of this exercise and will revisit. Definitely made me aware that I need to make some changes

Today we explored the pause between the inhale and exhale. Just like the pause between one action and another in real life. Need to use the pause to think before speaking or acting.

Exhale meditation
I felt more relaxed and focused on my breathing. I was able to slow my breathing and take deeper breaths.

I feel at peace when exploring my breathing. It gives a time to only think of the breath & nothing else looming over my head. I feel like I have no time for me anymore.

Focused on Exhaling 🌬
I tried to focus on just the exhale and the place at the end of the exhale where I stopped for a moment before inhaling. I have an important decision to make regarding whether I get future physical therapy benefits. I’m feeling anxiety over this situation bc I have 2 options and both of them have their pitfalls. It helped calm me to just focus on that one thing. Thanks 🌞 Aura

Breath
I learned that my breath is always there, no matter the situation. I can always focus on my breathing to calm myself down or be more stable

This was a difficult meditation for me.. I noticed that I wasn’t breathing naturally with this meditation as I struggled to focus on my exhale breath. It wasn’t the meditation, it was my own being thrown off kilter. I will have to spend time practicing this meditation.

I really enjoyed this exercise and it made me aware of several things I need to work on! My breathing, the”pause” (in life and in my exhale), and reorganizing my energy to feel better! Thank you!

Focusing on the Exhale
“Take time to make your soul happy”-Anonymous. That was the quote aura gave to me tonight which it fit perfectly. Taking this 3 minute time out after a stressful work day for myself brought me back to a relax state. I enjoyed this meditation sitting outside in my backyard looking at the trees while focusing on my breath.

I learned that our breathing is very important. Stopping and really focusing on our breath is very important yay . The pause before our inhale breath reminded me of stopping and thinking before I speak or act on something. I think we all need to remember this and really focus on things and just breathe. To stop and just breathe is so simple but yet we get so busy and caught up in life that we forget to spend just 5 minutes or so doing it. This really helped me get focused as well. Cause sometimes mind is racing and it can be hard for me to really stop and focus with all the things i have going on. This was a great message and exercise ❤️

A moment of nothingness
I have two, young boys. My days are filled with a constant rush of movement and business. I found it so refreshing to revel in nothingness. Nothing to do, nowhere to go, a moment to just be. I definitely needed that.

Very good
It was very interesting for me to focus on my exhale. I felt like that moment was very relaxing and I felt like I was he only thing on the earth. And that is a very good feeling.

End of exhale
I felt like I could not feel the pause at the end of my exhale, but I could feel the pause between inhaling and exhaling

Exploring the exhale?
I didn’t feel much potential with the exhale. Ending my inhale was more interesting that the pause after the exhale.

I noticed that my pause between my exhale and then my inhale is very short if not non existant. I have a greater pause after my inhale.

Entry #4
I learned that I don't have to think all the time. I am enough. I can just be.

Pause.
I didn't realize there was a slight, natural pause at the end of each exhale.

A Moment of Peace
This was a short but interesting meditation . I have always felt a deep sense of peace with the inhale (perhaps that is related to my fear of not breathing). It never occurred to me that there’s another moment of peace at the end of the exhale. This is another meditation that I will revisit as a gauge for my personal growth in this journey. 🙏♥️🙏

Breath out
As amazing as it sounds giving a sigh as you breathe out does really relax you. Not sure why exactly? That sigh seems to be a signal to your body to relax and let go.

That moment of suspension, at the end of the exhale and before the next inhale. ... it’s like a musical pause. It’s very liminal - anything, ANYTHING can happen next. We cross a threshold every time we breathe.

Happiness
I learnt that happiness truly comes from within. To do this you need to clear your mind and body from negativity.

In this simple, but interesting meditation, I became aware of my exhale. By noticing my exhale, my attention was drawn to the pause between my exhalation and inhalation. In that moment of peace, there is calmness. In that moment of peace, there is stillness. I will come back to this meditation again and again anytime I want to feel this wonderful sense of peace. Namaste! 🙏🏻❤️😊

When I first began focusing on my exhale, I almost felt tense and needing to catch my breath. By the end of this meditation I was actually enjoying the pause between breaths and felt refreshed. Amazing! Thank you for your gentle guidance 🙏🏻

Calm
I love that this meditation is a quick way to calm my mind and get myself realigned with my breath. I have done this meditation before and it was just as powerful the second time.

When I stayed in that feeling at the end of the exhale right before you inhale, I felt like I was floating in a vast emptiness. That emptiness felt comforting & safe.

Question
Where/what are we in that space between inhale and exhale? Do we become something more? Something less? Is this a Schrodinger’s Cat-type question?
A
Austin
I can.
In the pause after the exhale, I feel empowered before the next breath. I realize in those moments that I have the strength to take another breath. Inhaling is a rise, and exhale is a fall, but I like to think of the exhale as more like a slide. You’re at the top of the slide, excited, emotional, and ready for the ride. You go, you slide, and you enjoy it all the way down. Right before it’s over you realize you have to get up and climb the steps to slide again. Thankfully, the energy and joy of the ride gives you that strength. The downs power our ups. That’s the power I’m discovering in breathing. Inhale is the climbing state, and exhale is the reenergizing state for the next inhale, the next climb. When you’re at the bottom, realize you can do this. “I can. I will. I’ll succeed, because God has given me strength to doso. He has given me each breath, so I can. I can do this.” And so can you!🌱🌳💚😊💪

Existing...
That ‘place’, between exhaling & inhaling is where I found the elusive “NOW” to be. It is never long enough to do much but exist. No thinking... No doing... No worries ... just calmly Be-ing... Peace-full, serene, filled with a radiantly beautiful, warm light. A safe place I would rather not leave ... until I realize another one is just a breathe away... ❤️☮️🍀

With each exhale I found myself getting more and more relaxed. This is a good tool for anyone who gets stressed a lot or angry a lot as well this is a exercise for that

Interesting
I have never paid attention to this part of breathing before. As soon as it was mentioned I immediately noticed that the pause felt like a moment of floating. It didn’t feel like a sense of panic due to not continuously breathing. It was just very interesting.

Breath
Interestingly I never paid attention to that moment during breathing. Actually felt very nice have that feeling of letting go at the end of each breath.
