Your Stillness in the Storms
A six-minute evening meditation for the hour when work is done but the day is still buzzing in the body. We notice where the day is still held in the jaw, shoulders, and eyes, and let the working self remain at the threshold. Three quiet wishes close the practice: may what I did today rest, may what came to me today rest, may what is still unfinished rest for anyone who comes home from work and cannot quite put the day down, or who needs a soft transition before dinner, family time, or sleep.
