Positivity is a beautiful thing
I learned that you should always take a moment to focus on positivity. Positivity helps build oneself up and finding time each day to really focus in on it can be very beneficial to you.
I felt more relaxed after the meditation. I'm learning to not be afraid of good anxiety, and this keeps my stress lower than normal.
