This one was tough. I'm a pretty anxious, tightly wound person who's all about improvement. I tend to highlight my flaws. The concepts introduced in this meditation were the exact opposite of what I do/think throughout the day. I appreciate this meditation because it helped highlight my thought patterns and negative self talk. Hopefully next time I do this one, it is with more ease.

This is hard...
I really liked this meditation. It was what I needed to hear. It's hard for me to remember that I'm not lacking anything when my lived experience in the material world seems to demonstrate otherwise. I have to remember that spirit is not bound by time and as far as the universe is concerned, the things I desire most ardently are already mine--even if I can't see them or feel them yet. It's here...manifestation will happen in divine time. At least that is my hope. What do y'all think???

Sometimes life may cause the body to feel heavy. The stress of the day can drag down and add an overwhelming amount of weight to the way we feel. Taking time to check in with the body and utilizing breathing exercises are quick ways to mitigate this stress. These practices allow us to simply, JUST BE, an art that is greatly overlooked.

I have been living in crisis mode for far too long. Most of my life. I expect another crisis so I’m always racing to get ahead. My mind kept racing during this meditation. The thoughts disturbed my breathing, it became shallow. I refocused and considered what was being said. Realizing that all is good, I am blessed, everything will be ok was a relief. I am content with what I have.

I loved this one! I could feel my breath going in and out in the motion of an infinity loop and I really couldn’t focus on anything else except for my breathing and the spoken exercises. I feel calmer after doing this meditation. I felt like it was so much longer than the others too

Everything I need in this moment, to bring me to the woman, the person, I am working very hard to become comes as I am ready to implement it. Holding onto and defining myself by my problems or shortcomings only holds me back and effectively cuts me off from myself and others. Cuts me off from the amazing, exhilarating flow of life. I learned that it is always alright to want to continually improve ourselves. On the journey of improvement, we must also learn to balance the feelings that we ARE enough. Many many times I find myself thinking “if only I had this” or “if I just had a tiny bit more of that”... instead of having those thoughts, I must train better to realize that we have what we need in order to succeed. We are given what we can handle, and even if there are obstacles along the way, we should rejoice - because again, we can use “obstacles” to our advantage.

I like to live with the mindset that we are all perfect, just not complete. Just like a tree is perfect at any given time but it’s not done growing yet, The world is perfect, just not complete. It will change, as we must, but it’s just fine for now! So be happy in this moment (living in the now), for that will also change. This is supported by my belief that God is perfect & makes no mistakes. If this is true, then only perfect things can happen. Every birth, every sickness, every break up & every death is perfectly timed. (this can be difficult for most to accept) Everything is for our long term good, as a whole. Lessons must still be learned! Pain will & must be felt when we go off track (acts going against the Natural Laws) & adjustments need to be made regularly (daily, hourly, etc) but at All times, there is nothing “wrong” with me... I Am Perfect... just not complete!! What if we treated everyone as perfect? Finding no fault, but allowing to grow into completeness in their own time. Our “human forest” would be strong, beautiful & perfect, like it truly is already! ❤️✌🏼

I went into this stressed and came out of it calm. I noticed while my eyes were closed, I saw different colors and textures for my emotions. Started out with greys and blues that looked like glass with frost on it or a sheet of ice. As I shifted more positive I saw this warm muted yellow that seemed to glow, similar to the glow of the sun but not as bright.

I found some confirmation in this session. I believe the world, everything in it & everyone on it is perfect, but not complete. We are all just at different levels of completion. Just as plants are perfect at every stage yet continue to grow because of the God force or Spirit driving them, so are we driven by this same force to continue on to a more fuller expression of who we will ultimately become. God is incapable of making mistakes and being a small part of God means I cannot make mistakes. They are but opportunities to learn & grow. Nothing good can come from beating myself (or someone else) up for doing something “wrong” for there is no wrong. Just different from what was expected by me or society. The world will continue to become more complete & possibly more beautiful when more people understand this idea - You are Perfect just the way you are... and always growing toward more completion or extinction... and the choice is ours. Get busy living or keep on dying. But you cannot stay the same! ❤️✌🏼

A lot has happened in my life, a journey of so much good yet the bad sticks out at me the most. I want to change that and feel love for myself and no more blaming everything that’s happened on me. I will not please people anymore if it costs being myself. I am feeling better but its hard not to feel anxious about the things that are happening, but this meditation really helped me analyze that even though there is bad happening in my life I should focus on what’s good. What makes me happy and what I still have in my life that I’m grateful for.

I am seldom the grass is greener in the other side type of person but somehow I have become involved with a lot of people who think that way. Until you find that inner satisfaction within yourself and happiness in the now you will always be craving for more and be discontent. I learned to detach myself from my surroundings. It was peaceful and I couldn’t feel the walls, the floors, or the clothes around me. I could not sense the presence of the people in the same building. I managed to mostly detach myself from the physical world.

That is so contrary to how I have been taught to think and yet so necessary. As I continue with my little checklist of life achievements, I need to also remind myself of all of the great things here in the present and honor the journey that has brought me here without diminishing it by saying it is not enough. I am enough...now....today....I am enough. And I always have been.

My Anxieties
I learned that I let my anxieties cloud up my judgement for everything. My fear constantly gets in my way. I’ve let this go on for so long that I don’t know exactly how to cope. Figuring out my coping mechanisms all start with asking for help. I should to not only try to ask for help but also try to take advantage of the advice given. It’ll take time but I think it could work.
