What is going well for me? -I am feeling good mentally and physically. -I am making sure I make some time for myself each day. -I have had enough energy to make it through the day. -So far my week has been flowing with ease. -Focusing on the good. Focusing on what is working well for me fills my spirit with positive energy which is energizing my body. I am feeling ready for this new day.
