First, start with creating a simple short concise statement of what it is you want. Writing this statement in a journal is helpful. This will give you an opportunity to continue to build on the statement over time as you work towards what it is you are wanting to achieve.
Next, pause for a moment to take several breaths which will help you to connect with your authentic nature. Then speak your phrase silently or out loud 3 times.
Each day write down any experiences or insights you received in your journal which will help you to connect with your purpose deeper.
Finally and most importantly be kind towards yourself through this process.
