Get off to a powerful start to the day with these 'I am' affirmations designed to help you feel strong, confident, and ready to take on the day. We repeat affirmations a lot during this practice because repetition is how the mind remembers. The idea is to repeat powerful statements about ourselves in the present moment to help reprogram our minds to believe in a positive story. We tell ourselves stories about who we are and if we can begin the day well with powerful statements then hopefully it will set up our minds for productivity, self-belief, and focus.
