Emotions meditation
Interesting meditation where you really explore an emotion you are feeling. I would recommend doing this when you have a strong emotion present so it is easier to do.

Emotions
My emotions are pretty even at this moment but I still feel the benefits of this very relaxing meditation. I allowed my mind to wander and focused on breathing at my own pace and just staying calm. 🙏

Thank you! 🙏 ♥️🙏
Thank you for this recommendation, Cyndee! I listened to it this morning after reading your reflection the other day. It was the perfect meditation to begin my day. It’s been a rough few days filled with disappointment. While listening to this meditation I was able to release the disappointment so that I can move forward. 💫🙏♥️🙏💫

Waves of Emotions
Emotions come and go like waves of the ocean. Sometimes the waves are mighty, full of force. Sometimes they are gentle and calm. In this meditation, Cassandra has us observe our emotions from different vantage points in our body. Bringing awareness to feeling my feet on the ground and the pressure points where my body was sitting, I dropped from my mind and into my body. While aware of my body, I felt the sensations of breathing in my chest. Becoming an observer of my emotions, the mighty waves pounding on the shore caused tension in my shoulders as well as on the sides of my head in my temples. Exploring these emotions, I saw the color red pulsating in these areas of my body. Exploring further, I saw that they were tightly bundled up balls of negative energy gripping the muscles of my shoulders and slowing down and in some cases, blocking neural pathways in my brain causing brain fog to filter in. Beginning to observe these emotions from different vantage points, (above, below, side to side, front and back), I saw the waves of these emotions begin to calm a little. Noticing these smaller waves of emotions from different vantage points, my shoulders loosened and the fog in my brain lifted somewhat. Thank you, Cassandra! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Emotions
I can see how this meditation will work when I am in situations in which I have time to reflect on an emotion or feeling. And if it occurs in a busy moment at work, just knowing I can take the time later to "take it out" to explore it may help me handle myself better when it first occurs
