I don’t know what it was about this meditation but I was trying to release anger and disappointment. And when he said give that emotion a big hug and say to them thank you for teaching me but I have to let you go now I just started to cry.
Needed to be told, “I Love You “
This morning I was especially fragile. I needed to heal a part of my self that was full of emotion. The meditation and visualization of scene my feeling as in front of me was very powerful. The most powerful thing was at the beginning of the meditation when he told us, “I Love You.” I so needed to hear that today. It’s 5 AM and I’m doing my morning meditation, and I feel like that is going to start my day off really well. Thank you.
