Accepting differences
I learned that my heart is more closed than I thought. That kind of explains how Iโ€™ve been feeling. Now I need to figure out why (?) and learn how to soften it up again. I didnโ€™t expect to learn thisโ€ฆ very insightful.

Affirming it all not just part
Sweeping it all together in one big pile The broken bits dust hidden gems forgot neglected abused used misunderstood despaired cringed at revulsed by - all of it. This session was extraordinary for me - it loosened something about accepting what is befor me and behind me. The nudging nature doesnโ€™t have to dominate and decide. I can even embrace that too and not make myself wrong. Go lightly.

I just listened to it back to back
This session is so profound for me I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s just the evening and the timing but it has really hit us center and a sense of my physical heart and my emotional heart and my mind heart and my spirit heart all the facets and this deep acceptance of everything that doesnโ€™t always feel like it gets along with it now has me to exist or at least to beginning

Again please
Love this on demand playlist I can create and revisit my very favorite sessions. My heart seems to need this particular opening to life as it is and to not run away or hide quietly or discount an experience or not allow myself room I like the I invitation to just open my heart a little bit more. So good this dwelling with gentle opening.

Embrace differences
This reminds me of a lovely definition of assertiveness taught to me: "standing up for my rights without infringing upon the rights of others." Or even more simple is the old adage "live and let live."
