Are my pants tucked into my boots?
That’s the only thing that distracted me during this meditation. Sitting with my back against a tree, no one else around, looking up into the trees to see if I could spot a bird or two. Completely happy and relaxed and in no hurry to leave this wonderful spot. Seven minutes just wasn’t long enough. Beautiful meditation. 🙏

So nice, made me think about my grandma’s canaries & parakeets. She pointed out to us that the canaries sang the same love songs a lot and that they were unique to others.

This type of meditation is great for me. I love the nature sounds. I live in a rural area and the real sounds of nature are even better in person.

I was expecting at least some talking or guidance, but instead this is just an ASMR/Sound track with nature sounds. Relaxing and beautiful for sure, but unfortunately labeled incorrectly for anyone who is paying attention.
