I found this meditation to be very grounding and relaxing. I really appreciated The detailed descriptions of the path, The tree, the breeze,๏ฟผ and the sunlight. They helped me to focus on the practice without distraction. I also liked yeah idea comparing your toes to the roots of the. It reminded me to be grounded in the present moment.

Letting go
I can not control everything or much but I can control how I react to things. I can feel sad, happy, lost over things from my past but I still go on with the sunshine in my face. Feeling the love and joy in life.

The safe tree
I felt a bit rushed at first and then was able to connect to the imageryโ€ฆ the sun coming through the trees leaves and forming a warm safe embrace all around my body. That really brought me to a more relaxed and safe place I could ground in. Beautiful
