Ease into Deep Sleep
I was wet relaxing feeling and I enjoyed. You will as well as you relax your mind and let sounds take you away.
This really works!
With this recording, "Ease into Deep Sleep" it obviously took a lot of effort from the creators, and with all the hard work that the, "Sleep, Relax and Recharge" channel did, it works! In fact, great! I would appreciate if this app, "Aura" would add a new feature where you could save something instead of having to wait until the very end of the recording. In this case, 50-60 min. and by the time that it is over I am already fast asleep (because it works too well!)
I learned that there is more to the image than just the surface and what it reads.
I achieved visual imaging in my mind to the point that I'm almost asleep but Not quite, to where it's controlled visually and it's kind of a sleepy state but you haven't fallen asleep completely just in a trance to where I can go or stay. And if I go I get to stay at the temple higher mounts longer but I'm alone there. Which means I achieved a higher conservative consistency to become more and more aware of my manifesto at the Temple Mount. See the usual goldenBuddah. But no masters are present. Which also means I'm a master without a master. And it's time for my teachings to be implemented with in the aura society.
I finally find a 60 minute meditation after three weeks and it stops one minute into the session!
This works
After months of using aura and months of being able to fall sleep but not being able to stay asleep I found this! I have had 2 nights deep sleep using this same 60min session. Incredible.
Works for me late into the night
This meditation works well for me in the middle of the night when I can't fall back asleep

I had a deep sleep last night very relaxing breathing my mind went into a deep sleep it was amazing. I am charged and energized. I keep focusing on my breathing. The only thing is is that I don't want to get out of bed.

You can feel the sensations move through your body as it’s being said. Very relaxing and you wake up feeling refreshed. Really puts your mind at ease😌

I’m addicted to this meditation, literally! I cannot go to sleep without playing it. I just can’t fall asleep without it! I used to need to listen to the sound of ocean waves in order to fall asleep. But once I found this delicious meditation piece, goodbye to you ocean BLAH!! I literally get knocked out to sleep right after she stops her gentle, sleepy, soothing talking. Sometimes I do have a little trouble falling asleep right away, but that’s when I just rewind the meditation back to the beginning. That always does the trick and I’m knocked right out. I always have a good, deep, restful sleep too. Just like what the title says, I Ease into Deep Sleep. I always wake up refreshed. I just don’t use this before bed, I also use it for naps! It’s great! I AM ADDICTED!!!! You must try it, if you have a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep. You may very well end up having the same addiction to this just like me!
Wonderfully relaxing. All comfy in bed, listening to a lovely voice guide me to relax my body from head to toe. I can hear the ocean waves in the background getting a little louder. The voice has stopped and the waves continue to roll in and out. Not sure when I fell asleep. 🌊🛌💤 This was recommended by our friend Sarah Elizabeth; and now I see why she was so excited about it. 🌷❤️
Very soothing and relaxing
This is my absolute favorite meditation to play to drift off to sleep. As someone who becomes antsy easily, the wave sounds and words have a very commanding way of helping me to stay calm and relax in the moment long enough to help me get the rest I really need.
Deeper Than Deep
She has a very soothing voice and I don’t think I stayed awake past the left side part of the meditation.
this was so wonderfully peaceful, I really enjoyed being able to just let my worries go and focus on being calm.
Every Night
Even though most nights I listen to her I still have not memorized her speech. Her voice is so calm mean that it does not get boring to listen to.
I've never been able to sleep well without feeling like I'm being thrown out of bed when I wake up.i listened to this channel to fall asleep and next think I know I'm waking up without any hassle. I look at the time and it's a few hours before my work alarms. I felt like I glided out of bed and when I stood up To go get water, I started wabbling. I loved this so much. 10/10 will recommend to my friends

I listened to this meditation for the first time last night. It most definitely will not be my last! For the first time in years I slept through the night in deep sleep for about 7 hours. I highly recommend this sleep meditation. I had a favorite that I used nightly but I always awakened after a few hours. Often I would wake up several times or be unable to fall back to sleep at all. Anyone who suffers from insomnia, I urge you to give this a try!! It quickly gets you so relaxed that you have no choice but to fall asleep!

I have such a hard time falling asleep, and this puts me to sleep in no more than 20 mins every night!
I work nights so this helps alot to fall asleep during the day after a long night at work!

Can't Disable Waves
I desperately want to listen to this one, but I can't figure out how to get rid of the waves. Having a chronic OAB makes sleeping to the sound of water impossible. 😅
Wish the waves would lighten up

I felt like I was lying on the beach ...right down by the waves. In fact I think my feet are still wet! JK Carla had me lying in my bed, relaxing & focusing on my breathe. Then she said a powerful statement/command... “on the next exhale release all your weight onto whatever is supporting you”. That exhale I did just that and I immediately felt lighter as I heard my weight land on the beach with a ‘plop‘. She then did an effective talk-thru of relaxing all the different parts of the body. But my body did not respond so well because I was suspended several inches above it. I felt like a big jelly fish laying on top of the shallow water listening to and riding the waves up & down... After turning it down a little, I put my phone at the head of my bed above my pillow face down to block the glow of the screen. I use a slight wave sound as my background sound on Aura anyway. I could sense the waves crashing on the shore as they rolled their way down the beach into the distance. Surprisingly, I did not fall asleep! Maybe enjoying the waves too much. I do not sleep much when on vacation anyway. But I certainly feel very relaxed! Wave on everyone...!! ❤️🌊🍀

I never realized how much tension I bring to bed. This really helped me notice areas to release and relax.
The meditation itself is too short and the waves go on for too long, especially since it’s very clearly a loop of the exact same wave track. I found myself analyzing the identical pattern of the waves and the lack of sea birds instead of being able to fall asleep. I need more verbal guidance to quiet my mind for sleep.
I felt the direction itself was way too short. I was waiting for more and was not in a state to fall asleep yet
Wasn’t helpful. Needed to be longer. Yoga nidra usually goes through each body part individually but this one is too general.
