While this meditation started off a little fast paced, by the end it was slow and soft. It asked nothing of me except to breathe and to let go, let go, let go. It worked! I am very relaxed. More so than I would have imagined. Good night my friends; sweet dreams. 😌

I never realized how relaxing hear “letting go” repeated could be! I never knew how freeing that phrase could be until I hear it in this context.

Letting Go
As you listen to this meditation, allow your body to just be. Your body becomes warm as you sink into your bed. Begin to notice your breathing and with every out breath repeating the words, letting go. These two words have such a powerful and soothing effect on your body. By the end of this meditation, your body and mind are completely relaxed and ready to drift off to sleep. 😴

Came to bed with a migraine tonight, but the calm voice and soothing instructions allowed me to relax my body in a way to benefit the pounding in my head.
