I learned to be confident and just relax to calm down. All u have to do is believe in yourself and start to calm down or else u will get stressed and no one wants that right!

I couldn’t fall asleep
I felt angry that I couldn’t go to sleep and tired And i likes the music but it sounded a bit weird and it didn’t help me that much so I was very tired in the morning I think you should improve your music.

happiness kept me awake
i noticed that i had been sad for quite some time. for once i felt the glimpse of happiness come back into my life out of no where with no explanation. i wanted to bask in all its glory and hold onto it for as long as i could, this being at 3am. i have an interview tomorrow and i need to be looking and feeling my best. i haven’t meditated with this app in a long time but i’m glad i did, i feel still happy but finally tired
