The first step to happiness is identifying a purpose. I took the first step to find that purpose. It’s scary to go after things that might actually make me happy because what if I put in all that effort and I still hate myself after?

I felt that I was more honest with myself during this meditation. I know what my true dream is. I do. Creating art, loving my partner, and being a mother to my children. Society likes to think it has a fit-all blueprint for learning/education… and now I am seeing I already have my own blueprint. No need for anyone else’s.
