The sounds of nature can be quite soothing and restorative. All we need to do is be still and listen. Stillness in itself is gift. When I take the time to sit and be still, I often realize how tired I am and in need of rest.

In nature, there’s a sound for everyone to relax and listen to, whether it’s the roaring waterfalls or the gentle droplets of rain as well as the waves of the beach or the sound of life in the woods. My first session with nature sounds
I’ve read other’s reflections of sessions with nature sounds, and have listened to the baked in sound files in the app, but I found that a session without guidance really isn’t my cup of tea. I was easily distracted, even with earbuds in. And didn’t do much with the time. 😢I’m sorry, and will likely skip these sessions in the future, as it didn’t do what I’ve come to expect and enjoy about my time here in Aura...¯\_(ツ)_/¯
