Controlling anger
I suddenly had such a strong feeling of anger it felt like it was burning in my stomach. Then I remembered to use this and I will say it most definitely worked! The feeling has dissolved and I feel like I can breathe easier. Thank you!

I learned that we can choose what to do with our emotions even though we cannot control them coming inside of us.

I was feeling very irritated. Doing this practice helped me recognize my emotions and take hold of them instead of letting them run wild. I am working on understanding my emotions and underlying reasons of why I feel a certain way. Thank you for a great practice!

I learned that this type of app is great for daily stresses, nothing real deep. I think it would be difficult to create generalized topics, such as this one and be able to help most everyone. Not an easy job. Think about creating a track for deep grief or long-suffering. It may help the other half. Steven did a great job.

This definitely helped dissolve my anger. A wave of tranquility washed over me and allowed me to feel in control again. Like I have the power to change my circumstance and I am not powerless to the pain others inflict on me. There doesn’t have to be conflict but I always don’t have to roll over and play dead. I have a voice. It doesn’t have to yell. But it can use its years of gathered wisdom to work smarter whilst maintaining my sanity and not allowing my emotions to get the better of me. 🔥👩‍🚒🌊
