Good start for the morning
I liked this session and connected with the coach. It was a short but powerful meditation. I’ll come back to this one.

Wow! Short, but powerful!
I needed a little boost, but wow! This hit me hard. I truly found that spot where my inner strength lies. I immediately started crying a lot! I felt a great release and came out feeling so much better and happy than when I went into it. I will definitely do this one again and again to strengthen my inner strength. It’s ok if you don’t feel the same results as me, just keep doing it and you will find that inner strength! Thank you for this meditation. I will check out more!
