Day 1 Mentality
Don’t take your habits and experiences for granted. Old habits are always with us. However, over time with repetition as well as discipline we are able to replace those with better habits. When we have the mentality that it is always Day 1, we get out of the constant need of measuring our success by looking backwards. Or how much more we have to go by looking ahead. There is never an ending which keeps it fresh for ourselves. Maintaining this attitude along with repetition helps us get out of our self destructive behavior. It is our leverage when facing unexpected changes. Our habits are how we leverage all of life’s predictable and unpredictable changes. This life coaching session is an excellent reminder that every day is a new beginning to start again. Little changes eventually equal big changes.
