I learned that it’s helpful to let go of trying to remember what I learned. 😉I learned how great it is to focus on sensations in the body to quiet and focus the mind. I learned how wonderful it can be to quietly focus your attention on difficult feelings without judgement or struggle to explain or resolve. Just being aware of the raw, unlabeled emotions, curious and compassionate. Breathing and appreciating tactile sensations in the body. I enjoyed this meditation very much. 😊

I learned that every time I'm in a bad mood or sad I can quickly change that meditating with the app, something that I couldn't do a few days ago. I'm learning a lot to control my thoughts.

I need to pay more attention
When I pay better attention to my body...when I give myself the attention I deserve...I feel more confident, stable. Not to mention it helps me tremendously with my posture. I love feeling the subtle nuisances of each part of myself. It helps me feel grounded and at home in my body.

I didn't understand this meditation at all. I was lying still and yet it was asking me to connect with Any movement. Then with Any moisture or dryness. Sorry but I just didn't get it.

Great cues for deep body awareness
I liked this exercise. Very specific prompts cool/warm, dryness/moisture really helped me take interest and discover sensation. I usually meditate when I want to let go of negative mind chatter. Today I have a lot of excited positive mind chatter. Interesting how hard it is to let go of that. And my growing Awareness of the mind chatter actually helps me see the "positive" chatter as really similar to the negative for the purposes of stilling the mind. Really fascinating!
