Deeply Relaxing Your Mind
I really needed this today! I am worrying about things I can not change. The worry is just destroying my happiness. Breathe and just be. Worry will not change things.

Relaxing...
I thought I was relaxed... but each series of breathes I was able to relax a little bit more, thanks to his suggestions. By the end I felt extremely relaxed until he said I needed to let things go... and he was right. No need to pick anything back up, so I just let it lay there and moved on feeling a lot lighter! ❤️👌🏼🍀

I just listened to this due to Walter’s recommendation. The Universe sent this just at the perfect time; my daughter’s surgery was just completed and she is in recovery, still asleep. I just released a huge bundle of stress and tension. Now, I wait for her husband to call me after he speaks with the doctor. What’s important, she survived! 🙏🏻Namaste🙏🏻

I was nice to take a break from an already stressful morning for this meditation. Just leave it as it is... what a wonderful message. When I worry and have stress, the only thing that is changing is me!

It just didn’t work for me at all. I could’nt relax only Think about how annoying that Voice was.

The voice was a little annoying but I just tried to focus on my breathing and the message
I learned that to relax I don’t need to stop my thoughts or interfere but just let them come and go which makes me feel more relaxed

I learned to let go of stress by perceiving in breaths as the intake of calmness and out breaths as the release of tension. I felt the desire to free myself from emotional attachment to sensation.

I learned that I can accept myself just the way I am today. No regrets. No shame. A simple emotion .... sadness. If I can accept this, it’s a good day today. 💞

the voice of this meditation was really funny for me and in moments of this meditation my mind floated away, but in the end i managed to get back on track.

I like the idea of breathing out anxiety and noticing your body lose tension this really resonates with me. I enjoy his voice.

I learned the simple act of breathing is an effective way to relax your mind and body.I find it amazing that all you have to do is breathe and focus while you’re doing it.
