Shifting from fear into gratitude
Our hearts and brains, especially brains are neurologically unable to hold on to fear and gratitude at the same time, and this little yet powerful meditation helps us find something to be thankful for, thus shifting away from fear. I just listened and already feeling a little better. thank you Elizabeth. This couldn’t have come a moment too soon Thank you Universe, More please 🙏💖✨

Gratitude
I had trouble thinking of something surprising that I’m grateful for, but I think I’ll go for cheese. Or maybe hummingbirds. This app? 😎

“Friends”
I don’t know if I’m unfortunate or blessed that most people who consider me as a friend only keep me around at arms reach for a once-in-a-while connection. When I hear the word “friends” it actually brings a bad feeling. Soulmates is a much more honest term. As we all stem from one, we are all mates in the soul-world.

Deeply Grateful
A nice, gentle exercise in meditation while feeling gratitude. I especially liked the part where I was to recall something I'm grateful for that surprised me! I've always been deeply grateful in my life. For the tiniest things. I don't need piles of money or lots of "things" to make me happy. I'm so grateful for that. It cleanses my soul and allows me to live in peace and have no worries most of the time. I'm in the present moment. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Three unusual things happened today
And I have to remember them and be grateful. LLC, Franks call and less pain
